Registration is now open, and will close on June 22. Because we have booked limited blocks for each type of rooms, we strongly recommend you register as soon as possible to ensure the desired type of accommodation. Note that all meals in California will be covered by your registration and accommodation fees. In Oregon, only one lunch and one supper are provided. We are grateful to the Koret Foundation of San Francisco for sponsoring this event.

In order to register please:
1. Pre-register by sending the pre-registration form in an email to Ms. Amy Smith at iufro07rbr-registration@nature.berkeley.edu. Please note that the email needs to include IUFRO REGISTRATION in the reference box

2. Within 72 hours, you will receive a confirmation email, inclusive of the total amount you owe, and a form that must accompany payment. The form needs to be downloaded, filled in, and signed. The form will also include the exact form of payment, most likely, an international money order to U. C. Regents (but check the form!). Place the form and the payment in an envelope and send by UPS or FEDEX to:

3. Reserve your room in Medford by calling 1-800-RED-LION (within the US and Canada) or by calling 001-541-779-5811. Ask for the International Union of Forest Research Organizations group rate.

4. Send your abstract to Dr. Paolo Gonthier as indicated in the Author Information page. Remember to include favorite and second best focus area. You can use the numbers assigned above to each area, if you wish to do so.

REMEMBER PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 1, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE EITHER ROOM AVAILABILITY OR RATES AFTER THAT DATE.

Please note that, thanks to the Koret Foundation, we will be able to offer two waivers of all registration and accommodation fees (and possibly two small travel grants) to offset the costs of travel. These are grants intended to benefit scientists from developing countries. Requests for waivers should be done in form of email and should include a full CV.
