Florence International Airport “Amerigo Vespucci”  is 4 km. from the city centre. To get there you can either take a taxi (cost about Euros 15.00)  or a shuttle bus “Vola in bus”, departures every 30 minutes. Tickets can be purchased on board (cost Euros 5.00). Travel time approx. 20 minutes.

By train:

You can reach Florence from Rome by train. There are frequent fast trains from Rome Termini Railway Station to Florence S. Maria Novella Railway Station which take about 1h40 min. For information about railway services, please visit: www.trenitalia.com or call 199166177.

From Santa Maria Novella Railway Station to the Conference Venue you can take one of the following orange public buses N. 11, 36, 37 and get off at Porta Romana.

Hotel reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If the required hotel category is fully booked, Promeeting reserves the right to make the reservation in the category available.  Some of the selected hotels are within walking distance from the Conference Venue, for the other hotels a shuttle bus service will be provided.  Upon receipt of your registration, Promeeting will send you a confirmation of your hotel reservation. Your hotel costs and your extra expenses must be paid directly to the hotel upon departure.
