John Helms, professor and president of the Society of American Foresters, will speak on "Forestry and Foresters: Changes and Challenges." The S.J. Hall Lectureship in Industrial Forestry was initiated in Berkeley in 1969 by Mrs. Dessie Hall and the Board of the Forest Economics Foundation. Since 1969, the Lectureship has been presented annually on the Berkeley Campus.
