I. Grading Option Deadline
The deadline to change your grading option is tonight at midnight (10/29/10).

II. Did you know?
Plan on participating in a non-UCB EAP program? Make an advising appointment with a Study Abroad Advisor. Appointments are 10 minutes long and can be made in-person at 103 Sproul Hall or by calling (510) 642-3175. Office/Phone hours are: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. January through April and 9:00 a.m. – 12 noon & 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. May through December (subject to change.) The appointment schedule is as follows:
January – March: Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
April – December: Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

For all study abroad programs, make sure to meet with your Major Advisor before you go. In order to receive your advisor code for the following semester, you can fill out an Advisor Code Release Form and leave it with your advisor before your departure.


III. CNR Study Abroad Panel
When: Wednesday November 3rd 5-6pm
Where: 260 Mulford
Many of our CNR students participate in Study Abroad! Come hear about their experiences and advice. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.


IV. Fall 2010 Convocation
The Fall 2010 Convocation will be on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Haas Pavilion.
Student must sign up online by November 12 to be listed in the printed program. Tickets available for purchase at the Grad Fair November 2 & 3. VI. NASA Applied Sciences DEVELOP Program, Summer Internship Info Session
When: Thursday, November 4tg 1:30-3:00pm
Where: 260 Mulford Hall
Summer paid internships to extend science research to local restoration projects in the community. Seeks students interested in GIS/Remote Sensing, Ecology, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Modeling, Natural Resource Management. Refreshments will be provided.
