I. Research Opportunity in Ecological Research
For the sixth consecutive year, the University of Oregon will be offering Biology 469: Ecological Restoration, a 2-week, 4-credit summer field course that teaches the science of restoration at field sites throughout Central Oregon. Students who have taken the course have enjoyed its outdoors, hands-on, practical nature, and many have progressed to internships, jobs, and academic programs with a restoration focus. The course has served students from about a dozen different universities, and it is open to students or recent graduates from any academic institution. Applications are now being accepted. The deadline is April 10. (Late applications will be accepted only if the course is not full by April 22.) For more information, visit www.uoregon.edu/~ecolrest.
