Apr. 19-22 | Help out with Senior Weekend
Calling all Faculty, Staff, Students, Alumni and Staff! How would you like an opportunity to meet and greet with newly admitted Cal Bears while earning up to $75 in Cal 1 Credit?

Volunteers like you have the opportunity to escort prospective students to and from campus and the airport during Senior Weekend and Cal Day (April 19 - 22). It's a great way to build relationships with potential students, while helping out a great cause and putting a little Cal 1 Money in your pocket.

Spring 2012 | Volunteer with OBUGS a little as one hour a week

Spring volunteers needed! Now recruiting at 5 Oakland garden classrooms. With a little rain and sun, vegetables and weeds are growing happily in the OBUGS gardens! We need YOU to help keep our garden classrooms safe and healthy places to learn and play. Choose a garden near your home or work and be part of a team of dedicated volunteers! You will be led by a volunteer leader with whom you will organize the schedule of the different tasks. You can work as little as one hour a week or as much as you want! We do need a serious commitment for at least 3 months. The work includes weeding, pruning, composting, watering and taking home overflow harvest that our school sites will not be able to use.

Email keturah@obugs.org to get started.
