join us for the 2008 CALIFORNIA OAK MORTALITY TASK FORCE (COMTF) Annual Meeting at the Marin Center in San Rafael, CA in April 2008! The 2008 CALIFORNIA OAK MORTALITY TASK FORCE (COMTF) Annual Meeting will present an overview/update on the current status and issues concerning Sudden Oak Death and Phytophthora ramorum. Short talks will be presented on status, management and research in Oregon, California and
Europe. Also featured is a nursery and regulatory review from the USA and Canada. A question and answer session on arboriculture and wildland treatments will close out the day. The meeting is targeted to a broad general audience: land managers, policy-makers, arborists, nursery growers, and homeowners are all welcome and encouraged to attend. The field trip and nursery committee meeting are free of charge. You are welcome to attend any or all the events. Please register each person separately.
