Santa Rosa and the Surrounding AreaWeather in Northern California in early March tends to be mild but wet. Temperatures average 45º – 57º F with 0.2 inches of rain per day. Clouds and fog are likely. The city of Santa
Rosa is located in the Sonoma County Wine Country 50 miles north
of the Golden Gate Bridge. While you are visiting, there are a variety

For a night at a casino, visit www.riverrockcasino.com. There is a shuttle available from Santa Rosa to River Rock Casino (located 45 minutes north from the hotel) in Alexander Valley. On your way, stop at Martha Steward's favorite bakery (Della Fattoria) in Petaluma, then go to Cowgirl Creamery, then go to an oyster farm and enjoy some fresh oysters: www.pointreyes.org Visit a farmers market: Farmers markets are offered every day of the week in the wine country, shop for honey, cheeses, fruits and veggies, plus hand made art and trinkets.
