Rental Cars:

Avis, Budget, Hertz and many other ($200-$300/week) Rental cars may be picked up right at the airport. Car-pooling is encouraged. Please check with your colleagues to see if you can share rides.

Shuttle Information:

The Sonoma County Airport Express can be picked up at the San Francisco and Oakland Airports every hour and will take you to Santa Rosa. The shuttle drops you off at the Days Inn which is a 10 minute taxi ride from the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel.

Public Transportation:

From the San Francisco Airport you can take the municipal buses to Santa Rosa. Get on the Samstrans KX/downtown bus at the airport, and take it to Mission St. & 2nd. Get off at Mission & 2nd, where you will catch the Golden Gate Transit #80 to Santa Rosa. Get off the bus in Santa Rosa at 2nd St. and B, you will be half a mile from the hotel (total time is approximately 4 hrs, $12) Walk towards 3rd Street and take a left on 3rd. Walk under the freeway and turn left on Railroad Street. The hotel is at 170 Railroad Street.

Driving Directions from SFO to Santa Rosa:

Directions: take 101 north toward Santa Rosa.Take either Hwy 1/19th Ave or N101 through San Francisco to get to the Golden Gate Bridge. After the bridge continue on N101 to Santa Rosa. Take Highway 12 Exit west toward Sebastopol. Take the first exit, Dutton Ave. At the bottom of the off-ramp turn Right onto Dutton Avenue. Then turn Right at the light onto 3rd Street. Make a right at the next light, onto Railroad Street, and the Hyatt Vineyard Creek is on the left hand side.

Driving Directions from Sacramento to Santa Rosa:

Take I-80 West. Take CA-37 exit towards San Rafael. Take US-101 North exit. Take Highway 12 Exit west toward Sebastopol. Take the first exit, Dutton Ave. At the bottom of the off-ramp turn Right onto Dutton Avenue. Then turn Right at the light onto 3rd Street. Make a right at the next light, onto Railroad Street, and the Hyatt Vineyard Creek is on the left hand side.

Driving Directions from Oakland Airport to Santa Rosa:

Take I-880 North towards Downtown Oakland. I-880 becomes I-980 East. Take I-580 West towards Richmond/San Rafael. Take the ramp onto US-101 North. Take Highway 12 Exit west toward Sebastopol. Take the first exit, Dutton Ave. At the bottom of the off-ramp turn Right onto Dutton Avenue. Then turn Right at the light onto 3rd Street. Make a right at the next light, onto Railroad Street, and the Hyatt Vineyard Creek is on the left hand side.
