Graduate Application: Domestic

Thank you for your interest in the Graduate Group in Nutrition program. We encourage you to learn more about our program by reviewing the on-line information that includes faculty profiles and a list of general prerequisites. The completion of these prerequisites is extremely important if you wish to be a competitive applicant.

Should you decide to apply to our program, please fill out the on-line pre-application (if you are unable to use the on-line form ask us to mail you a paper form). This pre-application will be used as a summary sheet for your admission file so it is imperative that you fill it out completely.

Application packets are available in mid-August. We will automatically send out packets to those that have submitted pre-applications. The application will also be available on-line at the UC Berkeley's Graduate Division website.

The deadline for the Fall of 2002 is January 5, 2002.
