Graduate Application: International
Thank you for your interest in the Graduate Group in Nutrition program. We encourage you to learn more about our program by reviewing the on-line information that includes faculty profiles and a list of general prerequisites. The completion of these prerequisites is extremely important if you wish to be a competitive applicant.

Should you decide to apply to our program, please fill out the on-line pre-application (if you are unable to use the on-line form ask us to mail you a paper form). This pre-application will be used as a summary sheet for your admission file so it is imperative that you fill it out completely.

Application packets will be available on-line in mid-August at the
UC Berkeley's Graduate Division website.

If you wish to have a paper copy of the application sent to you, please follow the instructions listed below:

  1. Complete the on-line or paper pre-application.
  2. Send an international money order or a check drawn on a United States bank in the amount of $13.00 (U.S.) payable to "UC Regents." Do not send any currency, postal coupons, or stamps.
  3. Type or print in ink your name and address on a mailing label.
  4. Please send your check or money order, mailing label, and pre-application (if you are using the paper form) to the address listed below.

Do not send any other materials including transcripts, curricula vitae, theses, etc. Any such materials received at this time will be discarded.

The deadline for the Fall of 2002 is January 5, 2002.
