Thursday 3/5 from 4:30-6:00 PM in 112 Hilgard we will be hosting Libby Porzig, Senior Ecologist at Point Blue Conservation Science (formerly PRBO). She will be speaking on her work on conservation in rangelands and her experiences at Point Blue. Following the talk there will be a Q&A. The meeting starts at 4:30, with pizza, vegan snacks, & refreshments while we socialize and provide updates to SCB projects. The seminar will begin at 5:00. This talk is part of our "Meeting Conservation" seminar series, which brings conservation professionals to campus to speak about conservation work outside of academia.
