2006 Annual Christmas Tree Sale

On December 1st the Forestry Club cut approximately 300 trees near Blodgett Forest Research Station. Blodgett Forest had accumulated a lot of snow days prior to the cut. The morning of the harvest the U-Haul truck was stuck on the iced covered parking lot. Due to the snow trees were cut at lower elevation than usual. Species that were selected included White Fir, Douglas-fir and Incense Cedar. Thank you Sierra Pacific Industries for the donation of trees.
