Cal Poly Conclave - November 14th 2009

This year our logging sports team sent 13 people to participate in the annual Cal Poly Conclave at Swanton Ranch near Santa Cruz, California along with six other schools from all over the west coast. Our women especially did a fantastic job representing the Golden Bears. Our team co-captain, Allison Chambers, got second runner up Belle of the Woods, and team member Mary Mayeda won 1st place overall in axe throw! Overall our team did an excellent job, and shows a lot of promise for future logging sports events.
