Financial Metrics

Per our conversation on the strawberry packing thread posting some notes on financial metrics NPV and IRR. Note, I had to zip an xls file in order to attach. I wanted to use an xls so users could experiment with the numbers if they wanted to. Not sure if this will work, but here goes.., thx, Jim
