The
conference pre-registration fee
is $160 before May 1, 2005. The
fee covers the use of all meeting
facilities, refreshments, receptions,
printed Congress Proceedings,
and full day excursion (August
10). The fee for pre-registered
university students and accompanying
persons is $80. An additional
$40 will be charged for registration
after June 1, 2005 (accompanying
persons excepted). Cancelled registrations
will be charged $40 to cover processing
costs.
You will be able to get final
registration
details after Sept 30, 2004 and
can register after January 15,
