    Four X. fastidiosa genomes have been sequenced so far. Those isolates are:

Since 2001 the CDFA has been organizing  meetings to discuss current research on X. fastidiosa, the diseases it causes and its vectors. You will certainly find a lot of unpublished work in those. Download the proceedings here.

    Leonard Nunney and Richard Stouthamer (University of California, Riverside) are developing another X. fastidiosa website. That site will hopefully become a hub for monitoring, biogeography and other activities, partly based on the multi-locus sequence typing project they are working on for X. fastidiosawww.xylella.org
