About Me

Currently I am a UC Presidential Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley.

My postdoctoral research focuses on how soil organic carbon affects the reactivity, aggregation, and transport of nano-sized iron and aluminium oxy(hydro)oxides.


Research Interests
My dissertation research wass on the impact of erosion and terrestrial sedimentation on soil carbon dynamics. Specifically, I studied the stability and loss potential of buried soil organic carbon on eroding slopes and depositional settings of an undisturbed zero-order watershed.
