Data Entry

Number of patrols per year by Unit	This query shows the number of patrols recorded per year for each Unit. You can select the Unit(s) and Year(s) you want included.	Year Unit
Total patrol days per year by Unit	This query summarizes the number of patrol days per year for each Unit. You can select the Unit(s) and Year(s) to include.	Year Unit
Total patrol man-days for VS and RS by Year	This query shows the total number of man-days for Village Scouts and Regular Scouts by Year for all Units marked. You can select which Year(s) you want included and which Unit(s) to add in the analysis, but the query is not broken down by Unit.	Year Unit
Total patrol man-days per year by Unit	This query shows the number of man-days of patrolling recorded per year for each Unit. You can select the Unit(s) and Year(s) you want included.	Year Unit
Range of dates per year by Unit	This query show the earliest and latest date of field patrol data for each Unit and Year specified.	Year Unit
Patrol length statistics	This query gives a variety of statistics about field patrol lengths, such as average patrol length, total number of patrols, total patrol days, minimum and maximum patrol length, and percent of patrols which are day patrols. The summaries are grouped by Unit and Year, and you can filter on these two fields as well.	Year Unit
Avg Visits Per Grid	This query shows the average number of times a grid has been visited in the selected Unit(s) and Year(s).	Year Unit
Num Grids Visited Per Year	This query shows the total number of grids visited on field patrols for the selected Unit(s) and Year(s). Both the 'old' data from Lotus and new data are represented in this query	Year Unit
Total Area Patrolled Per Year	This query shows the total area patrolled each year for the selected Unit(s) and Year(s). Both the 'old' data from Lotus and new data are represented in this query. The query uses the area of each grid from the GIS cover	Year Unit

Number of Grids Visited By Unit	This graph shows the number grids which have been visited by at least one field patrol for the selected Units and Year(s). This graph only shows aggregrate summaries before 1999.	Year Unit
Average Number of Visits Per Grid	This graph shows the average number of patrols that has visited a grid. This graph helps to correct for gaps in data since it shows the average number of visits per grid as opposed to total number of grid-visits. Both pre-99 grid summaries from the old Lotus system as well as 98+ data are used.	Year Unit
Patrol Days by Month	This bar chart shows the number of days patrolled each month for each camp in the selected Unit and Year

Staff Lookup Table	A data entry form for the Staff lookup table. This table contains information about staff that never changes (e.g., date of birth, NRC number, etc.).
Staff Position Groups	This form lets you define groups of staff positions (e.g., Regular Scout, Village scouts, community paid employees, etc.) which you can then use in queries
Staff Salaries	A data entry form for the salaries of staff in the Units

Num Staff by Position	This crosstab query will total up the number of staff, broken down by each position, in the selected Units. Each column is the name of a position, and each row respresents the total number of staff for a particular year. You can select which year(s), Unit(s) and staff positions to include. Fate Histories	This query shows the first and last year that a person has appeared in the staff update table, and their most recent fate.

Logable Forms	In this form you set the options for those data entry forms which have been set up for automatic data logging.

Maintenance

Menu Manager	The Menu Manager is used to add or edit items on the menu system.
Filters	You can use this forms to set up your lookup tables so that they work with the Filter Manager
Program Options	Program Options lets you change settings for how the ADMADE Data Manager operates.
Reminder Messages	In this form you can set reminder messages that will automatically pop up on the date(s) that you specify when the main menu is first opened.

Wish Lists

Access Development Notes	This form provide a space where you can enter miscellaneous reminder notes about developing the ADAMDE Data Manager. For example you can make notes about strange error messages, buttons that don't work, things that need to be improved, etc.
Objects needed	This form allows a place you to jot down ideas for items you'd like to see in the database, sub as new forms, reports, or queries.

Reports

Menu System - Compact	This is esentially the same report as R7, but prints out the contents of the Menu System in a more compact format.

Mapping Setup

Map Definitions	This form lets you define maps which appear in interactive maps, PowerPoint slide templates, and forms which use Map Objects
GIS Covers	This form lets you select the GIS covers which are used by severa forms in the ADMADE Data Manager.
Add Relate Tables	In this form you define the Access tables which can be used to make joins with GIS covers on interactive maps. See the online users guide for more info.
Custom Color Ramps	A data entry form for custom color ramps. Custom color ramps are used in interactive maps

Import-Export

Menu Item Export Wizard	This form allows you to export Menu Items and their related database objects to a temporary MDB file, which can then be imported into another copy of ADM.
Menu Item Import Wizard	This form lets you import menu items and their associated database objects from transfer files that have been created with the Export Menu Items wizard.
