Eclipse Page


I took this photo on 200 ASA colour print Fuji film from the pier at the Berkeley Marina (September 26, at 8:20pm P.S.T.). It has approximately a 1 second exposure. The camera was a plain Olympus OM-1 with a standard lens.
Although not much detail is seen in this photo, the distinct copper colour of the moon can be seen in the totally eclipsed moon. To the upper left of the moon, the bright blurred spot is the planet Saturn.
