Here I have collected a variety of my favourite personal recipes with
the key importance being speed and ease of cooking.
Main Dishes
Chicken/Beef
Burritos (20 minutes)
Shark Steaks with Rosemary and wine sauce (12 minutes)
Salmon grilled with butter garlic sauce (12 minutes)
Spaghetti (20 minutes)
Whole roasted chicken (50 minutes)
Barbecued chicken breast (12 minutes)
Grilled steaks (rib steak, porterhouse, ribeye, strip loin are all tender
suitable cuts for this) (15 minutes)
Fiesta Chilli (50 minutes)
Grilled Hamburgers (12 minutes)
Spanish Paella - not by me

Snacks
Quesadillas (1 minute)
The recipes are all quick and easy to make. Usually most will be under
30 minutes, but some will even be under 20! I understand the lack of time
to cook, but after talking to many students living off of Raman instant
noodles or Kraft dinner I was fed up. It is not hard or time consuming to
make a nutritious meal.
The key cooking utensils you will need for most of the recipes are the
standard oven, microwave, and gas or electric range.
I recommend if you don't have one, get a microwave. They are
super cheap now and cook food by far the fastest of any method.
