Research Interests

I am broadly interested in wildlife ecology, conservation, and management in the altered landscapes of California rangelands. For my thesis research, I plan to investigate the impacts of fencing infrastructure on wildlife movement.

Before joining the Brashares group as a student, I worked as a field manager for the group’s work at the Hopland Research and Extension Center in Mendocino County. I previously received a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies and went on to work with field staff on a variety of wildlife research and management projects across California with both university and agency partners.
