The Blackman Lab participated in the Biology Department’s 2nd annual Darwin Day event.  Expanded this year to include a keynote lecture (great talk by Scott Edwards!) and be open to the public, the event drew a lot of attendance and was a great chance to share what we’re learning with the department, university, and community.  Here are Luke and Nic by the lab’s excellent poster for this year “Using Flowers to Power Our Understanding of Adaptation”.  Plus, check out the suitably festive Darwin Birthday cakes!
