Lets Try to Add Up the Total Number of Servings

Breakfast.

1 cup sweet rice with mung beans
8 oz soy milk fortified with calcium
2 bread, 1 milk

Snack 1 medium banana
1 fruit
Lunch1 bowl of rice
1 cup stir fried ong choy with garlic or small pieces of red meat
1/2 cup stewed fried tofu in tomato sauce
1 medium orange
2 bread, 2 vegetable, 1 meat, 1 fruit
Snack Yogurt cup
1 milk
Dinner

2 bowls of rice
1/2 bowl of stewed fish
1/2 boiled Vietnamese spinach
1 cup sour soup or vegetable soup
1 med mango or 1 wedge of watermelon
4 bread, 1 meat, 2 vegetable, 1 fruit

 Total: 8 bread, 3 fruit, 4 vegetable, 2 meat, 2 dairy
