Remember: Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily

The single most important dietary factor for lowering risk for some cancer is to eat 5 or more daily servings of fruits and vegetables.

Five servings of fruits and vegetables should include:

At least 1 serving of deep yellow or dark green fruits and vegetables. These are high in vitamin A

A t least 1 serving of citrus fruits and vegetables high in vitamin C

At least 3 servings of other fruits and vegetables
