Try to Quit or Limit Smoking

There are smoking cessation programs in your area and your physician can help you decide which method is best for you.

But if you do continue to smoke, there are some ways to lower your risk of cancer by choosing a healthy and balanced diet.

Eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Remember, fruits and vegetables have substances that are protective against chronic diseases.
