The Latinxs and the Environment 2024-2025 Research Fellowship is an opportunity for students who identify as BIPOC, first-generation, low-income, and/or underrepresented, to gain research experience by receiving guidance from graduate student mentors and attending weekly workshops.
Weekly workshops are facilitated by our graduate student team, and tailored for students to learn more about what research is, and various relevant topics. Students learn about ArcGIS, systematic reviews, etc..
This fellowship is a space where students can explore their research interests, find a network of support, and advance in their higher education goals.
All students receive funding at the end of both semesters, contingent on completing their assignments and their fellowship agreements.
This opportunity is for UC Berkeley students only.
Applications open every summer, as this is a year-long commitment. Please stay up to date on our Instagram to learn more!
