After training in mathematics, Helene got a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Bordeaux. She will soon start a research position with the CNRS, in the Center for Applied Mathematics at the Ecole Polytechnique, in Paris. Helene mostly works on problems at the interface between ecology and evolution. She combines theory and empirical work to understand the processes underlying current biodiversity patterns.
Helene is currently a postdoctoral assistant in the Potts Group.
