Project Description: 

Estimating willingness to Pay (WTP) for Water Efficiency in Food we consume.

 

this project aims at designing a survey to measure the stated WTP for water efficiency or water fooprint of food options available to consumers in California. A privious round of this survey was conduced during a year after many many drought years and we wish to repeat the survey and experiment within the survey this summer after the "wet" Fall and Winter and floods that CA has been receiving.
