Project Description:
We will investigate whether exogenous shocks to households affect decisions to start a family in the United States and also the health of children born after such shocks occur.
Shocks we will consider are violence, shootings, school shootings, as well as macro economic shocks to unemployment, forclosure, and inflation. The data to be collected are ideally by month, and county.
