At Seward we loaded Horny aboard the AMH's new ocean-going ferry MV Kennicott for a two-day crossing of Prince William Sound and the Gulf of Alaska.  Stopping in at Valdez, we passed the Columbia Glacier and the Captain Joseph Hazelwood Memorial Reef.  At Juneau we transferred to the slightly faded queen of the AMH fleet, MV Columbia, for a five-day cruise down the Inside Passage.  After stops at Sitka, Petersburg, and Ketchikan, we debarked at Bellingham, Washington, whence Horny galloped home.
