Amorbia Clemens, 1860 (Tortricidae: Tortricinae: Sparganothini)

The non-native Mexican leafroller, Amorbia emigratella, is the only known species of Amorbia in Hawaii. Although there is some variation in color patterns, their markings are fairly typical. This species is most likely to be confused with Epiphyas postvittana in Hawaii. However, where as E. postvittana has ocelli, A. emigratella is the only Tortricidae in Hawaii which lacks ocelli.
