you and water to drink. Eat a light snack while youre taking a break. This
can give you energy for the rest of your activity.

is a recipe for a healthy, nutritious, and easy to prepare snack!

MIX
(Servings: 4-6)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dry
roasted peanuts
2 cups Chex
cereal
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup Cheerios cereal
1 cup
chopped dry apricots (or any dried fruits)
Mix
all ingredients together and pack in sandwich
bag. You have a light and delicious
snack ready to go !
