Plant based foods reduce our risk of chronic diseases


Fruits and vegetables are beneficial for many reasons. They contain many vitamins and minerals our bodies need daily. Many studies show that a plant based diet helps reduce your risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Fruits and vegetables also add bulk to your meal, thus helping to moderate your intake, which can keep you at a healthy weight and reduce your risk of weight gain.
