Dr. Rachel Neurath will continue her natural science investigations and aspirations in Trent Northen’s group at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, studying biogeochemical implications of altered metabolism in virus-infected microbes, or “virocells”, in marine and soil ecosystems. We look forward to following Dr. Neurath’s future work and contributions to the field of soil biogeochemistry!
