Info & Deadlines for Faculty

Here are some things to keep in mind:

• Faculty will have until Thursday, May 4, 2023 to rank GSI applications.
• Faculty can no longer directly offer a GSI position, this is done by a committee.
• Be sure to rank more than one GSI application. When practical, please rank all candidates. If a student is not qualified, do not ignore the application, but please note that in the notes section and list them last on your ranking. This will make the committee's job easier and reduce the chance of you needing to appeal our decision because of random guesswork.
• The committee will decide and assign a GSI to courses without a ranking.
