Info & Deadlines for Faculty

Faculty review of GSI applications for Fall 2024 and (a few) Spring 2025 courses has begun!

Here are some things to keep in mind:

• Faculty will have until 12 pm on Tuesday, April 23, 2024  to rank GSI applications.
• Faculty can no longer directly offer a GSI position, this is done by a committee.
• Rank all GSI applications. Rank the highest selection(s) as "1" (first choice).
• If a student is not qualified, do not ignore the application, but note the lack of qualification in the notes section. Mark them last (99) on your ranking.
• Ranking every candidate will make the committee's job easier and reduce the chance of you needing to appeal our decision because of random guesswork.
• Please rank within the timeline given. The committee will decide and assign a GSI to courses without a ranking.
