Objectives
- To gain a better understanding of the interaction between variables that determine the frequency and intensity of extreme events associated with climate change.
- To develop new statistical tools to analyze the processes described in 1- above.
- To translate the results of objectives 1 and 2 (above) into meaningful socioeconomic policy design and implementation.
