Research involves development of ecologically-based insect, spider and mite control in agroecosystems. Current projects include studying arthropod pests in grapes, almonds, pistachios, stone fruit, and lettuce. Field study sites are located in San Joaquin and Sacramento valleys, central and northern California wine regions, and Central Coast lettuce fields.
