Gather.town — EEEF’s Poster and Social Platform
We are excited to use the platform gather.town to host EEEF’s digital poster session and social events. By combining video-calling with a digital map, gather.town will allow our meeting participants to move around and talk to others that are next to you. In other words, you can browse posters, tune into different presenters, and bump into colleagues—just like the in-person glory days!
Sound technologically complicated? Fear not! We will provide ample tutorials and ongoing tech support throughout any events that occur in this strange new universe!

COVID-19 Update
With the development of the coronavirus (COVID-19), our priority is on the health and safety of our conference participants. The EEEF 2020 planning committee is actively monitoring the situation to make informed decisions about holding the conference and is creating a strategic plan to deal with ongoing COVID-19 developments. Updates will be posted on our website. As of this time, registration and abstract submissions remain open. If the meeting is canceled, registration fees will be refunded.
