New research suggests that using e-cigarettes could be just as bad for your heart as smoking tobacco. While some people consider them to be a viable alternative to smoking, e-cigs still deliver nicotine vapor which is known to damage key blood vessels, raising the risk for heart disease. The World Health Organization warns that they may also be toxic to bystanders.
