We are a multidisciplinary community of scholars who conduct research at the intersection of science and policy to advance understanding of the structural determinants of environmental health and) environmental justice. We believe that durable solutions to critical environmental challenges facing humanity and the planet must integrate sustainability and equity goals. We strive to create a collaborative lab culture that supports the capacity and agency of members to learn from and teach each other to advance our research and its impact. Our differences — race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, socioeconomic status, disability, experience, and more — enhance our capacity to advance scientific innovation and solve problems creatively and through diverse perspectives.
