Opportunities for Graduate Students – Prospective graduate students can rotate in the lab through either 1) the Graduate Program in Plant Biology, 2) the Graduate Group in Microbiology, 3) the Chemical Biology Graduate Program, or 4) the Bioengineering Graduate Program. Please email Patrick if you are interested in rotating in the lab.
Opportunities for Undergraduate Research – There are many opportunities for undergraduates to get hands on experience doing research in the lab. We encourage undergraduates to get involved in research early in their career to enrich their educational experience at UC Berkeley and provide sufficient time for training and project development.
