Project Description: 

Students on this project will be assisting with photography of museum specimens to deterrmine key pigments visible in their pelage color. Students should have an interest in mammalian morphology as there may be opportunity to look at CT scans of rodent skulls as well. 

This position does not include handling of live rodents.

Undergraduate's Role: 

Photographing museum specimens (non-living rodents) in a standardized fashion. 

Processing images in photoshop by outlining the surface area of the rodent.

Undergraduate's Qualifications: 

Some experience with photoshop is preferred but not required.
