Case Study Methods
For Masters and Dissertation Fellows, applications should include:
- application form
- 5-10 page (maximum) research proposal
- projected budget
- academic transcripts
- three academic letters of reference
- letter of support from the intended research partner community
- current curriculum vitae
For Predissertation Fellows, applications should include:
- application form
- 3 page research proposal
- letter of reference from your major advisor
- academic transcript
- current curriculum vitae

Deadlines/Awards Notification
Deadline: Monday, February 2, 2009..
Awards will be announced in mid April for activation in June or September.
Please Note:
When you have been accepted for a CFERP fellowship you are required to submit the following documents before the awared money will be granted:
- IRB approval from your university
- Tribal IRB approval or the
equivalent (if you will be working with a Native American tribe)
