Research InterestsÂ
I am interested in understanding biology from the macroscopic perspective down to the molecular level, employing both traditional and computational biology as my means. My goal is to learn and employ computational methods to address biological questions, using the vast amount of data that is at our disposal. At EVOLAB, I am enthusiastic about contributing to our knowledge of biodiversity and evolutionary trends through DNA sample analysis. Additionally, I am excited to aid the lab’s goal of standardizing and developing various analysis pipelines to facilitate more streamlined, accurate, and reproducible scientific collaboration.
Current Projects:
My main role is within the bioinformatics team working on data pipelines within the lab.
