I am an entomologist with a passion for science education and experience in different invertebrate groups–aquatic and terrestrial insects, and arachnids. I am particularly interested in systematics and aquatic “true bugs” (Heteroptera), and I am currently pursuing my own feeding behavior research on Abedus indentatus (a “giant water bug” in the family Belostomatidae). As of August 2022 I am a research technician in the Ruhi Lab, where I support multiple research projects.
