I am interested in the dynamics between forest health, wildfire, and changing climate conditions.  Prior to joining UC Berkeley, I worked as a Field Researcher with Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UCSD, installing and collecting data from hydroclimate monitoring stations across California to better understand changing climate conditions, improve forecasting, and inform management. I studied environmental sciences and climate science at the University of Portland and Scripps Institution of Oceanography. I am excited to explore and connect these interests in the Masters of Forestry program at UC Berkeley.
