I am interested in working at the nexus of policy and forestry in the State of California, in order to safeguard the State’s habitability and beauty. My passion for forestry was sparked during my research, drafting, and negotiating of legislation at the California State Assembly, and grew through my subsequent service as a Grant Administrator for the Natural Resources Agency, and wildland firefighter with the California State Guard.
