MB Alumni go on to a wide variety of careers. Here is just a sample of what our alums are doing now.
Christine Nguyen, Class of 2003
Medical Student
Nguyen spent several years as a clinical research coordinator in Pediatrics and Nutrition. She is happily attending medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. She is involved in club leadership and student council.
Lacey Westphal, Class of 2009
Graduate Student
Westphal is currently a Provost Fellow at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine. The Programs in Biological and Biomedical Sciences allow first-year doctoral students to rotate in three labs before choosing a specific field, and she has just started her first rotation in a laboratory that focuses on bacterial pathogenesis.
