Join your host Tesla Monson as she interviews biologist Nicole Haloupek from the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology at UC Berkeley. Nicole's work focuses on the structural biology of innate immunity in animals, including humans. In the interview, Nicole also talks about her research with toxic gasses at Temple, and the importance of outreach and basic science.
